Randy Duffin— Randy has been in the business for 20+ years, including running his own business, County Cork Contractors for 18 of those years.
Charlie Duffin— Charlie (ISU graduate) has many years of construction experience including knowledge in remodeling and construction management. Charlie founded Black Diamond after working and learning the right way to do things.
Darrin Bowling— Darrin (IUPUI graduate) played college basketball and has many years of construction and business experience. Darrin also owns P.A.S.S. Performance Training— a sports training facility at I-69 & 96th Street.
The sub-contractors we use are like our employees. Many of them have been with us since the beginning. Occasionally, if we run across a new, talented and reliable trade we add them to our portfolio of sub-contractors. We routinely use the same crews for roofing, framing, plumbing, electrical, excavation, painting, finish carpentry, masonry, flat work including concrete and asphalt, as well as other trades.
Black Diamond employs various crews for different jobs. Our crews are all very qualified and experienced in the construction industry. They follow the Black Diamond pledge— We will be honest, we will do the job right and we will ensure you, the customer, are satisfied.
