Black Diamond is a full service design and build company with capabilities to meet your needs. Our business core consists of four partners, all with wide-ranging backgrounds and experience, ranging from accounting to design, and of course construction management. Some of our combined experience highlights include: numerous years in the construction industry, architectural and building design, sports facility ownership and construction, as well as business ownership, among others.
Our project portfolio includes wide-ranging projects, from simple handyman services to an upcoming 196-unit loft-style apartment over retail complex set to begin late summer 2008. We have completed projects ranging from simple bathroom remodels, kitchen makeovers, room additions, whole house renovations, complete custom home design/builds (from starter to custom homes), and complete landscape design, including pavers and outdoor kitchens.
On the commercial side we have completed projects including bar & restaurant build-outs, sports facility build-out, numerous apartment complex refurbishes – including a recent project including a major makeover of an entire complex, including a near complete teardown and rebuild of the clubhouse – which was award-winning in the field.
We pride ourselves on high quality service and meeting the desires of our customers. In our mind, what makes us unique is we are a complete design and build company big enough to build and design a $15 million-plus apartment complex, yet personal enough to handle even the smallest of jobs, i.e. hanging shutters for a customer. Black Diamond’s in-house design services, allows for “value engineering” during the design process, giving our clients the most cost efficient, structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing project possible.

Not only can we design and build your vision, with the experience we have gathered from years of designing, building, owning and operating our company, we can add insight and our own knowledge.
